Anvita Gattani is an artist who trained at NYU Tisch. She was selected the Oscar Academy’s Gold Rising Speaker and has been featured acting on HBO, NBC and Off-Broadway. They directed the award winning Dystopian Film Alone, Alone, Alone on a Wide Wide Sea which is currently showing in cities across the world. In New York, Anvita is the Head of Programming at Saphlicks, a film organization dedicated to amplifying Sapphic voices in the LGBTQ+ community. In Hindi, Anvita means "who bridges the gaps" and it is their mission to utilize storytelling to bridge the gaps between different groups of people.
